The jury of the Green Product Award has decided: Blackstone’s environmentally friendly battery production deserves a place on the winners’ podium! Having already won the Audience Award at the renowned competition in February, the 26 jurors have now agreed with the opinion of the public. The award ceremony will take place on 18 May in Munich.

Since 2013, the Green Product Award is honouring products and services. Awards are given for for environmental protection, innovation and design. The Jorors place particular emphasis on the potential to change the market in the long term. With our innovative 3D screen printing technology for high-performance and particularly environmentally friendly battery cells, we were of course not to be left out.

In the end, we were able to prevail among a total of 1500 competitors from 54 countries. We are proud to have won this prestigious sustainability award. Blackstone’s place on the winners’ podium was fiercely contested. Our achievement is all the greater: we were able to hold our ground until the very end and now occupy the top spot after an exciting selection process, and quite rightly so.
